China´s economic transformation is impressive when seen from far away. Nevertheless this economic boom is just a bubble, according to some reports.
The construction industry has been very busy cranking up skyscrapers. Home prices are beyond the means of the average chinese, so there are a lot of empty buildings, shopping malls and towns (Video 1).
